The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail for small items, All large items bats etc we use City Link 48 hour Delivery.
All Uk orders postage will not be more than £9.95, International orders the postage and packing price is from £19.95 per bat, and for a bat, pad and glove package postage international would normally be £34.95 (subject to world zones)
All goods ordered before 1.00pm will be dispatched that afternoon, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 1.00pm will be dispatched the following day. (during busy periods please allow 2-5 days for dispatch) A signature will be required for next day delivery goods so please make sure someone is home to sign for the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday – Friday. Special delivery orders must be made before 1:00PM to be delivered before 17:30 the following working day. Otherwise items will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns
All returned and faulty goods will be checked by a member of staff before any decision is taken to replace or refund, There is a 10% handling charge for all returned goods subject to them not being faulty and returned within 16 days. All equipment returned must be at the customers expense accompanied by relevant proof of purchase failure to comply may effect your statutory rights. Returned goods must be returned at the buyers cost inless faulty or damaged. Yours rights to return goods are protected under EU distance selling directive.
We can only accept returns for items less than 12 months old. Items purchased after this time are deemed to have encountered fair wear and tear.
Kashmir cricket bats and english willow nurtered in India are guaranteed 6 months from date of purchase.
